Outside it's 5 on and 1 in the tree. Feeder attendance stunning this afternoon.

(And I eye the male cardinal:
could I ever, for the sake of my hairstyle, take his feathers for my own head?

Unlikely but, then, I haven't the mindset of a 9th century lady of the court - who might wonder herself at my own vest, clogs and carharts outfit yesterday, and who I had to kill to get it.
