Real Estate, upstate (up the Hudson)
Dive 75 - R's watching piston's v. heat, and I'm on-line but trying not to overhear a revolting conversation about girlfriend traits, I almost think they mean me to hear.
But now they're discussing pinstripes - so maybe not.
Having spent Sunday eve attending a reading by a real up-stater (Ithaca more than counts), have to rethink how I define where I'm house hunting.
Up the Hudson, though a little too similar to "up the Khyber", is going ot have to do for now.
Having a step-uncle's partner as broker is pretty ideal, feeling pretty lucky for the vast amount we saw, far flung up to Hudson, and that kicked off with a place around the corner from my uncles (pictured) that was the best by far.
