My house, soon
Recap: Bid accepted and I expect to close on the house in September. In meantime, may close on this apartment in the city and, having vacated, move my stuff into house's barn.
House specifics:
Mid-1800's - center hall, two story.
Once a tavern (they all were. but some were brotherls too. Not mine.)
4 bedrooms (2 fancy-ish, 2 smallish), 1 and 1/2 baths, 2 libraries, screened porch Sadly, fireplaces removed but will be reinstated (at R's request).
3 acres, views of Catskills, on 9G (noisy = affordable)
Big red post & beam barn - will become Circa Trade HQ #2
Owned by two art dealers for 20+ years (raised family there)
A mile (maybe?) from the Hudson, North of Rhinebeck by 15, south of Hudson by same, Closest train is Amtrak to Rhinecliff.

What's missing?
A name, house needs a name.
It's address isn't pliable, Courtney's Farm has been retired (maybe Mick can name the new?), prefer it not to have "landing" or "retreat" in it, and would like it if established neighbors didn't snicker at it.
Taking all suggestions - weekend at "_____________" to the winner.
